Preaseason Draft Rules:
--2 Rounds
--Starts now, but no clock will be enforced until Monday (1-19) at 1am PST, after that time, each team will be given 24 hours to make their pick. This will allow teams enough time to select and mull over trade offers.
--After the pick is made the next team's clock will begin, they may pick
--After 24 hours, if a team doesn't pick, the next team is allowed to pick.
--The Team who's time expired can still select at any time.
--The Commish is allowed to step in and select a player for an absent team after the original 24 hours.
--Teams with no owner will select players in order of the "DRAFT CLASS" Files.
--------The Commish posts these picks!
--Trades are allowed, for trades involving the CPU, post that trade in the trade forum, if it is between two owners then you can post them immediately on the draft board. Ex: (Dallas posts:) Dallas trades the 12th pick to OKC for James Harden.... (OKC posts:) with the 12th pick in the NBASim Draft, The Oklahoma City Thunder select: the former North Carolina Tarheel... BIG GAME JAMES WORTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
