Just checking out the league files and such. I noticed New Jersey was tops in the Power Rankings. It is a small sample size and who knows where this team will be come playoff time, but to me this shows that CPU teams do actually draft well (not just drafting MJ or an all time great like that).

Originally the Nets had Deron Williams, a yet to be too old Gerald Wallace who has been putting up a respecable 13.6 pts, 7 reb, 1.4 stl stat line while hitting half of his shots and Brook Lopez. But the team drafted Bob Lanier, who has been a stud, averaging 16 points and 11.4 rebounds in 30 minutes of play as well as Derek Anderson who has been a good upgrade over Gerald Green and Marshon Brooks at the SG spot. That starting 5 of DWill, Anderson, Wallace, Kris Humphries and Lanier has propelled this team early on.

Anyway, I thought that was interesting that this was the reason New Jersey had been good thus far.
